Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Euniversal Stars Kennels-eCommerce Hub.

You are protected by our payment Gateway Partners,Paystack and Flutterwave, to ensure that you get refund if you are not satisfied with any transaction. The partner you make the payment through will mediate in the dispute and require that both parties(Euniversal Stars Kennels Limited and you-the customer) provide evidences of claims.

After the mediation, you may be required to send the items back for a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must initiate a chargeback within 7 days of receipt of the items. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For debit/credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your debit/credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days stated above have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
