Reusable Whelping Pad

– Perfect Material: The upper layer is made of non-woven cloth, which is damp-proof, non-toxic and safe for daily use. The bottom is waterproof non-slip TPR backing, can stop liquids flow into the floor. The mat is made of compact felt structure with excellent anti-tear and wearable performance. Won’t be easily bitten through by your small puppies. Can be repeatedly used for years.
– Floor Protection: This mat can absorbs and contains liquids and sucks away moisture. And the waterproof layer can stop liquids from soaking through and prevent them from damaging or staining the surface below.
– Absorb and Dry: This mat absorbs slow and may takes a little more time than microfiber floor mat but it won’t let liquids flow into the floor. It is instead one good point of this mat. When cleaning the mat, it won’t absorb too much water because of it’s slow absorbency, then this large mat can quickly dry.
– Trim and Install: This size is 48″ x 65″, universal fit size for most families, also can be easily cut to other size with scissors to fit your own box. Edges won’t unravel or fray, making it easy to fit any whelping box. Make sure your floor is already clean, then lay down your floor protector! You may notice wrinkles in the protector – over time, those go away.
– Easy to Clean: Simply flush with water gun, or scrub with soap or detergent if needed, air dry. Do not bleach. Provides a clean whelping area – odors and stains wash out. The soft material provides a warm insulated surface and secure footing for puppies.

The Reusable Whelping Pad is designed to pull and hold fluids from the top into the middle soaker layer. The top surface and soaker are bias-bound to a waterproof barrier below. This is all part of our 3 layer lamination technology:

Top Layer – Brushed Polyester designed to quickly absorb liquids by pulling them to the 2nd layer

2nd Layer – Thick High Density Soaker/Super Absorbent Layer

3rd Layer – Thin waterproof, breathable (PUL) Layer designed to prevent liquids from soaking through to the floor

Bottom Layer – Brushed Polyester used to help minimize slipping on floor.
