No!In a case where a dog ingest poison, you will give hydrogen peroxide orally.About 2ml to make the dog vomit the poison. You will agree with me that some of poisonous particles will still attach to the intestinal wall. Then, you can give the activated charcoal. The charcoal will then bind the particles of the poison that cannot come out with the vomit. This will render the particles in effective. Atropine may be needed thereafter if the dog is losing coordination.
A dog that is very weak must have thrown up already and you won’t want to make it weaker. You just need to give the atropine directly and watch your dog come back to normal. At this point, a vet may be needed.
